Terms Summary
The campaign runs from 7th April 2026 at 15:00 (Kenya time) to 30th June 2026 at 23:59 (Kenya time). It is open only to pre-selected I&M Bank Kenya Mastercard Debit cardholders whose cards are active, unblocked, and in good standing. Credit cards, prepaid cards, corporate cards, and blocked/closed cards are excluded.
Cardholders must spend a minimum cumulative KES 5,000 per calendar month using their eligible I&M Bank Mastercard Debit Card. The spend can be achieved through one or multiple qualifying transactions. Cashback of KES 500 is awarded once per eligible card per calendar month during the campaign period.
Cashback is processed through the Mastercard Rewards System (MRS) and credited as a statement credit to the eligible card account within 24–72 hours upon fulfillment of eligibility criteria and successful transaction validation. Cashback once awarded cannot be reversed or exchanged for cash, even if the original transaction is later refunded. Cardholders will be notified via SMS and/or email.
I&M Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time for regulatory, technical, or commercial reasons without prior notice. The Bank may also modify the offer or substitute it with an alternative of equivalent value. Cardholders who have met the KES 5,000 spend requirement before the termination date shall still receive their cashback, provided all other eligibility criteria are met.

This is a limited-time offer where selected I&M Bank Mastercard Debit cardholders can receive KES 500 cashback when they meet the minimum spend requirement between 7th April and 30th June 2026.
Selected I&M Bank Mastercard Debit cardholders who have been pre-selected for the campaign. Cards must be active and in good standing. Credit cards, prepaid cards, and corporate cards are excluded.
Simply spend a minimum of KES 5,000 using your eligible debit card during the campaign period, and you will receive KES 500 cashback. You can reach the KES 5,000 threshold through one or multiple qualifying transactions.
Cashback is based on your total cumulative spend during each calendar month of the campaign period - not per individual transaction. Once your total spend reaches KES 5,000 in a month, the KES 500 reward is triggered.
You can earn KES 500 per card per calendar month. Since the campaign runs from April to June 2026 (3 months), you could earn up to KES 1,500 in total over the full campaign period.
Qualifying transactions include: payments made at stores (POS), online purchases, and local and international retail transactions. Excluded transactions are: ATM withdrawals, cash advances, wallet funding or money transfers, gambling or quasi-cash transactions, and reversed or refunded transactions.
Cashback will be credited in near real-time (within 24–72 hours) after you meet the spend requirement, subject to transaction validation. It will be credited directly to your card account, and you will receive an SMS and/or email notification.
Reversed or refunded transactions will not qualify for cashback. However, if cashback has already been awarded and the original transaction is later reversed, the cashback itself will not be reversed - it remains credited to your account.

Transactions made after 30th June 2026 at 23:59 (Kenya time) will not qualify for cashback. Any spend accumulated before the campaign end date that meets the KES 5,000 threshold will still be processed and rewarded.
