Shinda Millioni Campaign FAQs
The Shinda Millioni Campaign is a promotion by I&M Bank where customers stand a chance to win cash prizes by maintaining and increasing their account balances.
The campaign runs for 3 months from 12 August 2025 to 12 Nov 2025.
KES 50,000 for each of the 10 weekly draw winners.
KES 1,000,000 each for each of the monthly draw winners.
All new and existing I&M Bank customers aged 18 years and above with eligible KES transactional accounts can participate, excluding:
I&M Bank staff and related accounts
Dormant or frozen accounts (unless activated during the campaign)
Loan and overdrawn accounts
Customers who opt out
Bank partners or vendors

New Customers:
Open a qualifying account via the I&M OTG app or at any I&M Bank branch.
Fund the account regularly.
Existing Customers:
Simply, maintain consistent deposits into your eligible accounts.
Activate your dormant account and keep it funded.
You can fund your I&M account using the following methods.
Mpesa (Paybill 542542)
Airtel Money
Bank branch cash/cheque deposit
Other bank transfers (PesaLink, RTGS, EFT, SWIFT)
Each KES 2,000 in your account average balance earns you 1 point for the draw period. The more you fund your accounts the more the points earned.
Awarded points are subject to a maximums 500 points per draw period.
Points will be awarded in full (fractional points will be rounded down).
Points are non-transferable and are draw-specific.
One week after each draw
Credited directly into the winner’s I&M Bank account
Winners will be notified via SMS or phone call (+254 719 088 000). A follow up email will also be sent from the Bank.
The Bank will attempt to call 3 times on reasonable intervals in 24 hours
If the Bank is entirely unable to reach your or positively identify you, the prize will go to a reserve winner.

Yes. Reasons for disqualification include:

Yes. If you hold multiple eligible accounts, each account can earn points independently, provided it meets the minimum balance and activity criteria.
Yes, joint accounts are eligible if they are one of the qualified account types and meet the campaign criteria.
Yes. You can win multiple times during the campaign as long as you continue meeting the eligibility and participation requirements.
You can still participate, but you’ll earn points only from the time your account is active and funded. Earlier draws you missed won’t be backdated.
