New I&M Headquarters

We are pleased to present to you our New I&M Headquarters in Nairobi, 1 PARK AVENUE. This is an important milestone in I&M Bank’s corporate growth and has been achieved due to support from our customers and well-wishers like yourselves.

Located at the Junction of 1st Parklands Avenue and Limuru Road in Nairobi, this beautiful new building is a state of the art green design building, with integrated photovoltaic glass installations, one of a kind in East & Central Africa. The building is a Grade “A” office development with environmentally conscious design.
