COVID-19 UPDATE 3
Please note a further revision in our branch operating hours, with effect from 31st March, 2020, to ensure that our customers and staff are able to reach home safely before the 7:00 PM curfew:
- 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Saturday Branch operating hours remain as earlier mentioned: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM while all branches will remain closed on Sunday until further notice.
Change in Kenya Forex Market Operating Hours
We would also like to inform you that, effective 30th March, 2020, The Kenya foreign exchange market regulators have adjusted the local forex dealing hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) to 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday). Please note the new timings as all forex orders from customers will need to be received within the new timings to comply with the revised hours of operations.
