Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Donation

I&M Bank in conjunction with the Bhagwanji Raja Charitable Foundation donated KShs. 50 million under its CSR initiative to Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital. The funds donated will go towards equipping the ultra-modern Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU) and Radiology departments of the newly constructed hospital wing. This donation will enable the doctors to better respond to the needs of the young patients and give them a chance of survival. The Bank’s Chairman S.B.R. Shah, who is also a Trustee of the Bhagwanji Raja Charitable Foundation expressed his joy at the good work that Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital is doing and noted that the donation is in line with the Bank’s corporate philosophy to support institutions of excellence which serve our children in the region and society at large.The Chairman of I&M Bank and Bhagwanji Raja Charitable Foundation, S.B.R.
