KenTrade Payments

I&M Bank makes it easy for you to pay your taxes! You can conveniently pay your taxes directly into Kenya Revenue Authority's Account at I&M Bank Ltd (KRA's approved tax collection agent) through the integrated Tax management system (iTax) .

  • a. You can also make your KENTRADE payments (Single window system) at any of our branches. KENTRADE payments include among others; levies, fees, duties and taxes, where applicable on imports or exports for various government agencies

  • b. This initiative brings tax payment services closer to you and eliminates the need to fill manual forms or even queue at KRA offices.

  • c. These services (KRA and KENTRADE payments) are available across all branches of I&M Bank through cash payments and internal transfers from your account.

  • Should you experience any challenges in filing online payments or generating E-slip, you can contact KRA on [email protected] for issues relating to iTax or KENTRADE on [email protected] for issues relating to other government agencies.
