Load your card directly from your I&M Bank account via the I&M OTG App or Web
M-PESA PAYBILL
• Go to the M-PESA menu and select Lipa na M-PESA
• Choose Pay Bill
• Enter the Business Number: 872651
• Enter your 16-digit Card Number as the Account Number
• Enter the amount to pay
• Enter your M-PESA PIN to complete the transactionM-PESA XPRESS
• Visit the Online Services section on the I&M Bank Home Page and select M-PESA Xpress
• Enter your 16-digit Credit Card Number and the amount to pay
• Input your mobile phone number
• A pop-up will appear on your phone prompting you to enter your M-PESA PIN to complete the transaction
• Ensure your phone screen is unlocked to receive the promptVisiting any I&M Bank branch

Produce the application form along with a copy and the original National ID or Passport, copy of you KRA PIN and recent passport photo at any I&M Bank branch and the card will instantly be issued to you. You will also be required to indicate on the form, the purpose for which the prepaid card is required and indicate intended use and frequency.
