I&M Bank’s E-Citizen service provides a seamless gateway for transactions with the government. Make E-Citizen payments online through OTG Retail and Business or visit any of our branches nationwide to make payments through your preferred channel.

On The Go (Online Banking)
- Log in to your I&M Bank Internet Banking platform – OTG (Retail or Corporate).
- Navigate to utility payments.
- Select E-Citizen.
- Input your bill pay reference number and proceed to complete the payment.
- The payment will be updated in real-time on both our side and E-Citizen.
