I&M Bank takes home the Product Innovation award for the second consecutive time

I&M Bank is delighted to have emerged the winner in the Best Bank in Product Innovation category for the Step-up Home Loan product in the recently held Banking Awards 2011. This is the second time in consecutive years that the Bank is emerging the winner in the Product Innovation category, a testament to the Bank’s commitment to delivering breakthrough products and services that meet our customer’s specifications.

The Banking Awards 2011 also saw the Bank scoop 2 other awards, runners up- Best Bank in Kenya (Tier II) and Second Runners up- Most Efficient Bank. I&M Bank had also won the exact same awards in 2010, thereby making it a repeat performance all through.
