Retail I-Click Internet Banking

Manage your finances wherever you are, whenever you want.

This is an advanced online service designed to enhance your convenience of accessing our services. iClick will enable you to perform banking transactions through three platforms either on your Mobile phone (USSD and App) or web based platform in a more convenient and secure way and this is available for both retail and corporate banking. Registration for iClick service is quick, simple and free to all eligible I&M Bank customers.

Registration Process

The registration process for Retail I-Click Internet Banking is easy!

Step 1

Visit any of our nearest branch, complete the relevant iClick registration process. Once the registration is successfully completed, the user shall receive automated log in credentials via email (USER ID) and SMS ( PASSWORD/ PIN).

Step 2

To access Internet banking services (Retail Banking), the log in link has been provided on the website (Click on ONLINE SERVICES> iClick). To access Mobile banking services (Retail Banking), download ‘I&M TZ Retail’ APP from playstore ( android users) and appstore (for IOS users)

Step 3

Proceed to enjoy our fast & reliable iClick services.

  • Transact from your accounts anywhere at any time i.e. do your transactions 24/7 whenever convenient for you from any part of the world.

  • Fund transfer between self-accounts, other accounts within I&M Bank as well as other banks (local banks through EFT/ TISS and international banks through TT) via different currencies (TZS, USD, EUR, and GBP).

  • Mobile money transfer (bank to wallet) like M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Eazy Pesa and Selcom Card.

  • Utility bill payments including LUKU, DAWASCO, DSTV, Azam, Zuku, TTCL, , Selcom Paypoint and SMILE 4G internet subscriptions.

  • Access Service requests like bank statement, cheque book request, application for debit card and stop payment.
