In the effort to promote productivity, motivation and collaboration among employees, I&M Bank (T) Ltd organized team building event that took place on 11th November, 2018 involving all branches and Head Office departments. Four teams were created (Team iClick, Team Nextgen, Team Brisk and Team Rapidex) and compete in different games and fun activities whereby Team iClick emerged as the overall winner. All senior members of the management led by CEO of I&M Bank (T), Mr. Baseer Mohammed participated fully in the event which was yet another opportunity for the staff to interact with senior members of management and enhance their social relations.

In the spirit of Holy Month of Ramadan which is observed by all Muslims around the world as one of Five Pillars of Islam, the Bank organized Iftar dinner on Monday 4th June, 2018 at Serena Hotel. The Iftar Dinner was yet another opportunity for the Bank to interact with its customers especially those who are from Muslim community. Other stakeholders of the Bank including representatives from Central of Bank of Tanzania were also invited. The Iftar Dinner was hosted by CEO, Mr. Baseer Mohammed and graced with the presence of I&M Bank (T) Ltd board directors, Mr. Alan Mchaki and Ambassador Bertha Semu-Somi.
