Existing cardholders can visit any branch to replace their old visa card with the new I&M Bank

Mastercard. Activation of the card is through the following channels;

1. Our USSD Service (*200#)
2. Our mobile banking application (Fastpay)
3. Two of our ATMs located at Kingdom Kampala and Kampala Road branches only.

New to bank customers will have their I&M Bank Mastercard issued instantly upon opening an account.
