Issuance of I&M Bank Mastercard Debit Cards
Dear valued customer,
We are pleased to inform you that effective December 1st, 2023, we shall be issuing I&M Bank Mastercard debit cards. You are encouraged to visit your nearest branch to obtain your new I&M
Bank Mastercard.
Existing cardholders can visit any branch to replace their old visa card with the new I&M Bank
Mastercard. Activation of the card is through the following channels;
- Our USSD Service (*200#)
- Our mobile banking application (Fastpay)
- Two of our ATMs located at Kingdom Kampala and Kampala Road branches only.
New to bank customers will have their I&M Bank Mastercard issued instantly upon opening an account.
