This is an All Risks cover for construction of projects ranging from simple buildings to complex projects like Roads, Bridges and Dams. It covers sudden and unforeseen damages and losses arising from any peril (unless specifically excluded in the policy) to the contracts works.
It further covers theft/ burglary of secured materials on site within agreed limits, and third-party liabilities.The period of cover is normally the project period starting from the mobilization of the resources until when the project is handed over to the principal, including the maintenance period.
