- 1 Passport-size photo,
- Valid ID (National ID for Ugandans and Passport with work permits or residence permit for foreigners),
- Trading License,
- TIN (Tax Identification Number),
- Certified Board Resolution,
- Certificate of Incorporation certified by URSB,
- *Certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association,
- Certified Particulars of Directors and Secretaries i.e. Form 20 (formerly form 7.),
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate,
- Account opening balance of UGX 200,000/USD 200 /GBP 200 /EUR 200/KES 10,000 only.
