3. Products and Services

  • In the course of our relationship, the Bank will introduce to you a range of products and services designed to suit your banking We may do so by email, telephone, text message or such other appropriate means of communication. If you want to use or purchase a product or service, you may need to complete an application to ask us to approve your use or purchase of it. Different eligibility criteria may apply to different products or services. Some products or services may not be available to you depending on your account type. We may refuse an application for any reason and unless required by law, we do not need to give you a reason.
  • This Agreement covers some of our banking products and services for you in your personal capacity or as required for your small, unincorporated business, except Islamic Some products and services require an additional agreement to be read with this Agreement.
  • This Agreement does not cover our business or corporate banking products and We will provide information to you about the prices and benefits of our products and services before you agree to take them.
