Login to I-Click

On Services menu, go to Manage Utilities, choose New

Create the Beneficiary by completing the requested details

Then click Utility Payment

You will find the created M-PESA beneficiary on the list

Complete the transaction details

The Beneficiary will receive notification from M-PESA advising him of received funds

You will see this transaction recorded in your I&M Bank account statement through I-Click.

Login to I&M Mobile Banking

Go to Mobile Money Option

Send to Mpesa

Complete the transaction details

The Beneficiary will receive notification from M-PESA advising him of received funds

You will see this transaction recorded in your I&M Bank account statement through I&M Mobile Mini Statement

Dial *458#

Go to Mobile Money Option (5)

Select Account to M-Pesa option (1)

Select the appropriate option and complete the transaction

The Beneficiary will receive notification from M-PESA advising him/her of received funds

You will see this transaction recorded in your I&M Bank account statement through I&M Mobile Mini Statement

Go to the Safaricom Menu and Select “M-Pesa”

Select Lipa na M-Pesa, then Pay Bill option

Enter the I&M Business number i.e. Pay Bill number 542 542

Enter the I&M Bank Account No. (14 digits)

Enter the amount you want to transfer

Enter PIN then confirm to proceed

You will then receive a confirmation SMS of your payment

Simply visit our website www.imbank.com and click on Online Services at the top right and select Mpesa Xpress followed by the ‘Transfer to Account’ option.

Follow the prompts as directed on the screen to input your account number and amount.

Input your M-PESA mobile number in this format: 2547xxxxxxxx and pay.

Check the prompt on your phone and input PIN to complete transaction.
