I&M Bank Rwanda wins top award for staff training, development
I&M Bank Rwanda was recognised for its exceptional commitment to staff development, winning the Training and Talent Development Program of the Year award at the 2025 Rwanda Women in Business Awards and Conference.
Held on April 24 and organised by Thousand Hills Events, the annual gathering brought together dynamic female business leaders from across the country under the theme "Elevating Equity: Empowering Women in Business and Beyond."
I&M Bank Rwanda stood out for its inclusive approach to workforce development, where women make up 47 per cent of the staff and 50 per cent of leadership roles.
The Bank’s employee-focused programmes include MHub for wellness and mental health, Moddy for credit evaluation and appraisal, Customer Delights Training (Redwoods), and a self-paced digital learning platform, Percipio, offering a wide range of professional courses.
