How To Apply
Application letter, Business registration certificates (RDB) or (RGB) for NGOs, Shareholding structure, Audited Financial statement of the last 3 years, Recent Management accounts, Last 12 Months Bank statements (for a new customer), Management profile, Valid RRA tax clearance ESMS (where applicable), Clean CRB, Copy of ID/Passport of the company’s representative, Copy of ID/Passport of all shareholders of the company Board resolution authorizing the company to borrow. NB. Additional documents might be required depending on the nature of the customer and need.
