Anti Bribery and Corruption Statement
I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc shall not request bribes, kickbacks, or facilitation/speed payments (“corrupt payments”), either directly or via third parties, in any circumstances.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, and we are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our relationships and business dealings wherever the Bank operates and to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery and corruption.
All our directors, officers and employees are prohibited from taking bribes- accept a payment, gift, or hospitality from a third party, offered or provided with an expectation that a business advantage will be provided by the Bank in return.
