Speaking on the initiative, I&M Bank Uganda’s Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Annette Nakiyaga, said the exercise reflects the bank’s commitment to making a meaningful contribution to society.

“At I&M Bank, we believe in giving back to the community in impactful ways. Supporting blood donation drives is one way we can help save lives and strengthen the healthcare system,” she said, noting the critical role blood plays in emergency and medical care.

The recent drive builds on the bank’s broader efforts to support community health and well-being. In the recent past, I&M Bank has organized blood donation campaigns alongside complimentary eye check-ups, further extending healthcare services to the public.
