- Certified copy of the Certificate of Registration (for partnerships/Sole Proprietors).
- Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (for Companies).
- Particulars of Directors & Secretaries (Company Form 7).
- Trading License.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- Audited Financial Statements for 1 year.
- Company Resolution to borrow.
- Latest Annual Returns.
- Partnership Deed (For Partnership).
- National ID (Nationals) Passport with a work permit (Foreigners). Passport photos of Directors/Promoters.
- Physical Verification of business premises.
- A copy of the credit reference card or a copy of the application for the same
