Valid ID (National ID for Ugandans and Passport with work permits or residence permit for foreigners),
Trading License,
TIN (Tax Identification Number),
Certified Board Resolution,
Certificate of Incorporation certified by URSB,
*Certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association,
Certified Particulars of Directors and Secretaries i.e. Form 20 (formerly form 7.),
Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate,
Account opening balance of UGX 200,000/USD 200 /GBP 200 /EUR 200/KES 10,000 only.
