He is a published author and a motivational speaker. He has served as a non-executive director for many companies among them I & M Bank Limited. He is a recipient of the Honour of a Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear (MBS) for service to community.

Mr. Suresh Bhagwanji Raja Shah is a founder member and Chairman Emeritus of I&M Bank Limited. He has vast experience in the banking industry and in business. In December 2002, he was bestowed the Honour of a Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear (MBS). He sits on the boards of several companies.

Mr. Sarit Raja-Shah has been the Executive Director of I&M Bank since 1993 with extensive experience in leadership and management. He was appointed as Group Executive Director of I&M Group PLC in June 2018. He also sits on the Boards of several companies.

Mr. Gul Khan has over 25 years’ of international financial services experience, mostly with HSBC Bank, having worked in Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. He has extensive experience in Fintech having been Group Head, Airtel Money Africa responsible for driving financial inclusion across 14 African Countries. In January 2023, he was appointed as the I&M Bank Kenya CEO.

Ms. Janet Mawiyoo has over 30 years’ experience in the global non-profit sector. She led the Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF) as Executive Director for 17 years and has achieved various honours including the Exemplary Women’s Leadership Award in Mauritius in 2015, and the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2017.

James has vast experience in managing corporate philanthropic networks and leading sustainable development projects in different organisations from various geographies across Africa. His experience includes program implementation, networking and collaboration, resource mobilisation, knowledge management, and overseeing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from the University of Nairobi, has various qualifications in Project Management, People Management, and Accounting and he is a Certified Mediator.
