You can now pay your WASAC water bill over the counter at any I&M Bank Rwanda branch.

1. Visit an I&M Bank branch near you
2. Provide the teller with your WASAC Customer ID number (This is usually indicated on your invoice)
3. Pay the outstanding amount indicated. You can also choose to pay part of the amount or more than the required amount.
4. Your bill will immediately be cleared.
