COVID-19 UPDATE 6
As part of our commitment to be on our Customers side to help them tide over the COVID-19 pandemic challenges, we are reducing the Minimum Payment amount for all our Visa Credit Cards for the first monthly billing as below:
- I&M Visa Infinite Credit Card - Minimum Payment amount has been reduced to10% of outstanding balance
- I&M Visa Gold Credit Card: Minimum Payment amount has been reduced to 10% of outstanding balance
- I&M Visa Classic Credit Card: Minimum Payment amount has been reduced to 5% of outstanding balance
- I&M Visa Tamarind Gold Credit Card: Minimum Payment amount has been reduced to 10% of outstanding balance
The reduced minimum payable amount percentages will remain in effect for 6 months (May - October 2020) after which the normal amounts will be reverted to. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
All card holders who have auto payment instructions to pay minimum payable amount will be debited with the new reduced Minimum Payment amount for the respective cards they hold. If customers would like to auto pay a higher amount, they will need to issue fresh instructions to the bank.
